1. Administrator - an entity that is the administrator of personal data within the meaning of
art. 4 point 7 of the GDPR, which decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data
obtained through the Website;
2. Website - the website at www.cleoni.pl and all functions and tools available through this
website, operated by the Administrator;
3. User - any natural person who in any way uses the resources of the Website;
4. Personal data - when using the Website, personal data may be, for example, the IP address of
the User's device, data obtained on the basis of cookies or similar mechanisms for saving
information in the User's devices, as long as they allow the identification of a specific

1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data
provided by Users and the policy of "cookies" in connection with their use of services offered

registered office in Rożnów, at Usługowa 19, NIP: 6060059810, entered into the register of
entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th
Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the number 0000308852, the share
capital of which in the amount of PLN 50,000 was fully paid up .
2. The Administrator processes the User's personal data to enable him to use the Website, adjust
the displayed content and advertising to the User's preferences, measure the quality and
effectiveness of the presented content and improve it. The legal basis for processing is both
the User's consent and the legitimate interest of the Administrator. Data processing is carried
out through cookies and will be carried out until they are manually deleted by the User.
3. Providing personal data by the User is voluntary, failure to do so may cause malfunctions in
the operation of the Website or result in the lack of access to certain functionalities of the
Website.

1. The website uses "cookies". If the User does not change the browser settings, he agrees to
their use.
2. "Cookies" are text files that are stored on the Website User's end device. These files
usually contain: IP address, request URL, domain name, device ID, browser type, browser
language, number of clicks, amount of time spent on individual pages, date and time of using the
Website, type and version of the operating system, screen resolution, data collected in server
logs and other similar information. The use of these files is necessary for the proper provision
of services on the Website pages.
